Health Practitioner Only As Good Diet Their Diet ?

As a health professional, I think its important to share with you the type of diet that my partner and I live by so you know my diet values that we live by before I attempt to treat you.

I believe that if a health professional does not do the easiest and single most important thing to look after themselves, which is eating a high nutritional diet and following current information of how that affects our lifestyle, then how can you trust a Health Practitioner to keep up their learning with their healing if they are not looking after them selves with the basics.

I believe nutrition should be standard knowledge with any healer, to promote it when applicable to their patients.

We mainly live by wholefoods which is mostly unprocessed, free of chemical additives and thus rich in nutrients. Real food costs you less in the long run, as the financial cost of getting an ailment is more expensive to treat than buying nutritional food to avoid the ailment. Real whole foods are high in healthy fats, contains antioxidants that fight unstable molecules that damage your cells, and is great for your gut health by stabilising your bacteria, prevents over eating, controls blood sugar and thus reduces sugar cravings.

My real food diet mainly consists of whole foods, which are organic when its affordable. We are close to following the latest popular keto genetic diet which is High in vegetables, fruit , meat, cheese, eggs, nuts, but low in wheat, bread, pasta, potato, sugar and milk, while applying intermittent fasting.
